Membership Options

*For all memberships besides High School and Daughter, a one-time $50 enrollment fee is applied upon submission of this membership form. In addition, the one-time $10 fee for a FOB will be charged to all new members  for access to the facilities. 

All members will need to see the front desk to pick up their new member packet, FOB and locker details, if applicable. Family memberships will need to see the front desk for additional minor/under 18 forms and information. Once this online form has been submitted, all applicable charges, including but not limited to enrollment fee, membership fees, and add-on fees, will be processed within  3-5 business days using the payment details entered below.
