LIFT is a full body weightlifting class completed in a short 45 min! It will focus on a variety of different lifts done in several different formats. There will be modifications for every fitness level along with coaching on technique and muscle activation.

CIRCUIT STATIONS
You won't be bored when you do circuit training! This workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time. To keep things interesting, you’ll move through 8-10 exercise stations, each having a different focus, so you train full body. You’ll use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight moves, cardio exercises, and much more!

BodyCombat is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up mega calories in this class. No experience needed. Turn up the heat with HOT Cycle! The room is heated to temperatures between 85-90 degrees so you can sweat it out! Hot cycle has been shown to strengthen the immune system and increase the volume of oxygenated blood which can lower cholesterol!
